NDC Messages

General information

All NDC Messages contain below listed common elements. These:

• Request:

• Sender: Contains information to identify the client by the ID, that is provided by the airline. Currently supported are:

• EnabledSystem: Most basic sender type, only contains a “SystemID”

• CorporateSender: More advanced sender type for corporate clients. Contains an ID, as well as a CorporateCode

• Response:

  • PayLoadAttributes: Contained basic information in all NDC responses such as the current NDC version and the timestamp of the message

  • ResponseParameters: Most of the NDC requests (mainly the shopping messages) contain this element. It defines some parameters that will have an impact on the response, e.g. the desired currency of the prices in the response. This element may in some cases have other names (e.g. in IATA_OfferPriceRQ it is called OfferPriceParameters), but will feature the same content.
